Cadin-1 (14) -ene-7a,11-diol
Cadin-1 (14) -ene-7a,11-diol is a sesquiterpene alcohol with melanogenesis inhibitory activity. Cadin-1 (14) -ene-7a,11-diol inhibits the melanogenesis in B16 melanoma cells induced with α-MSH. Cadin-1 (14) -ene-7a,11-diol can be used as a potential skin-whitening agent[1].
