CDK14 is a member of the TAIRE subfamily. CDK14/CycY Recombinant Human Active Protein Kinase is an ortholog of CDK14. CDK14/CycY phosphorylates S1490 of LRP6 during the G2/M transition in a Wnt-independent manner[1].
