PNGase A is a glycoprotein that can cleave between the innermost N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) and asparagine residues of high-mannose, hybrid, and short complex oligosaccharides (such as those found in plant and insect cells) on N-linked glycoproteins and glycopeptides[1].
