CLIP-TMR
CLIP-TMR (BC-TMR) is a TMR-labeled CLIP tag fluorescent probe. CLIP-TMR combines the high specificity recognition ability of the CLIP-tag and the excellent optical performance of the TMR fluorophore, and can be used for the specific labeling and visualization of the HCV NS5A protein[1].
