RB-PEG-N3 (MW 3400) (Rhodamine B-PEG-N3 (MW 3400) ) is a fluorescent dye composed of Rhodamine B (HY-Y0016), PEG and azide group (N3) . RB-PEG-N3 (MW 3400) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups (Ex/Em = 546/610 nm) [1].
