Ac-H-FluNox
Ac-H-FluNox LH is a cell-compatible H-FluNox (Labile heme-selective fluorescent probe) analog. Ac-H-FluNox LH removes the acetyl group through intracellular esterase hydrolysis to generate H-FluNox, which triggers fluorescence under the action of Labile heme by biomimetic N-oxide deoxygenation reaction, thereby achieving the detection of Labile heme[1].
