Aza-CyBz
Aza-CyBz is a selective NaCl-responsive fluorescent probe. Aza-CyBz visualizes plant salt stress by forming ordered aggregates with NaCl, leading to near-infrared fluorescence quenching. Aza-CyBz acts via electrostatic interaction between the cationic cyanine dye and NaCl to form J-aggregates, causing fluorescence quenching with a detection limit of 170 μM[1].
