Calcium green-5N (hexapotassium)
Calcium green-5N hexapotassium is a novel Ca2+-sensitive fluorescent probe. Calcium green-5N hexapotassium shows enhancement in fluorescence intensity on binding Ca2+, and can monitor free Ca2+ in neurons[1].
