CY5-YNE (triethylamine)
CY5-YNE (Sulfo-Cyanine5-alkyne) triethylamine is a reactive dye for the labeling of amino-groups in peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides (Ex: 650 nM; Em: 680 nm) . CY5-YNE triethylamine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
