Demexiptiline is a tricyclic antidepressant. Demexiptiline is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Demexiptiline has a binding affinity with SARS-CoV-2 3CL protease of 8.14 kcal/mol. Demexiptiline can also be studied in research on melancholic states[1][2].
