Debrisoquin (hydrobromide)
Debrisoquine (Ro 5-3307/1) hydrobromide is a TMPRSS2 inhibitors that inhibits SARS-CoV-2 entry into human lung cell line by a TMPRSS2-depedent manner, with an IC50 of 22μM. Debrisoquine hydrobromide can be used for antiviral research[1].
