Dalfopristin (mesylate)
Dalfopristin (RP54476) mesylate is a semisynthetic sulfone antibiotic. Dalfopristin mesylate alone has limited antibacterial activity, but synergistically with Quinupristin it has significant bactericidal activity against many pathogenic Gram-positive cocci[1].
