Thioaspirine
Thioaspirine is a carbonic anhydrase (CA) inhibitor with Kis of 64.3 and 10.9 μM for hCA II and hCA IX, respectively. Thioaspirine effectively relieves the inflammatory pain in CFA (HY-153808) -treated mice. Thioaspirine can be used for inflammatory pain research[1].
