MBA-m1 is a MLKL inhibitor. MBA-m1 inhibits necroptosis in Mlkl−/− NIH-3T3 cells. MBA-m1 ameliorates disease in MLKL-induced dermatitis and abdominal aortic aneurysm mouse model[1].
