AH13205 is a selective prostanoid EP2-receptor agonist. AH13205 causes concentration-related relaxations of Carbachol (HY-B1208) -contracted trachea. AH13205 causes dose-related protection against Histamine (HY-B1204) -induced increases in respiratory rate[1].
