ICI-170777 is an orally active cardiotonic agent. ICI-170777 enhances cardiac contractility and induces arteriovenous dilation in animal models of congestive heart failure. ICI-170777 can be used in research on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as heart failure[1].
