FK-664
FK-664 is a leukotriene inhibitor. FK-664 enhances ventricular contractility and shortens the time to peak tension in cardiac cells. FK-664 reduces mean circulating pressure (MCP) in a canine model of heart failure. FK-664 can be used in research on cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure[1][2].
