L 44-0
L44-0 is a nicotinic acid derivative. L44-0 reduces atherosclerotic lesions and decreases vascular norepinephrine levels in the renal arteries, femoral arteries, and veins in a New Zealand white rabbit model of atherosclerosis. L44-0 can be used in research on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis[1].
