OTX-2002
OTX-2002 is an mRNA encoding two bifunctional fusion proteins (ZFBD-MQ1 and ZFBD-KRAB) . OTX-2002 targets regulatory elements located within the MYC protection gene domain (IGD) and induces the methylation of DNA and histone, leading to the downregulation of MYC expression.
