SCH-602539 is a selective PAR-1 antagonist. SCH-602539 inhibits platelet aggregation in response to PAR-1-selective high-affinity thrombin receptor agonist peptide. SCH-602539 exhibits synergistic antithrombotic effects when used in combination with Cangrelor (HY-19638) [1].
