SGLT2-IN-4
SGLT2-IN-4 (Compound 1) is a selective and orally active sodium-dependent glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitor. SGLT2-IN-4 can increase the proportion of protein α-helix and enhance the stability of the SGLT2-D201A mutant. SGLT2-IN-4 can be used for the research of type 2 diabetes[1].
