BChE-IN-47
BChE-IN-47 (Compound 13) is a selective butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.045 μM. BChE-IN-47 enhances the level of acetylcholine in the brain by selectively inhibiting BChE, thereby improving cognitive function. BChE-IN-47 can be used for the research of Alzheimer’s disease[1].
