Macropa-PEG4-TPF (Compound 7g) is a bifunctional chelator. Macropa-PEG4-TPF can be conjugated to lysine residues on YS5, with an average of about 2.6 chelators per antibody. Macropa-PEG4-TPF can be used for PET imaging studies[1].
