KRAS-IN-49 (compound 7b) is a selective and covalent KRAS G13C inhibitor. KRAS-IN-49 covalently binds to Cys13 of KRAS G13C. KRAS-IN-49 can be used for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) research[1].
