COX-2/5-LOX-IN-5

COX-2/5-LOX-IN-5 is a dual COX-2 and 5-LOX inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.84 μM and 0.46 μM, respectively. COX-2/5-LOX-IN-5 binds to the active sites of both COX-2 and 5-LOX, and effectively inhibits prostaglandin and leukotriene-mediated inflammation. COX-2/5-LOX-IN-5 can be used for the research of inflammation[1].
