ChE/GSK-3β-IN-1
ChE/GSK-3β-IN-1 (compound 18o) is a potent dual ChE/GSK-3β inhibitor. ChE/GSK-3β-IN-1 exhibits dual inhibition of AChE (IC50 = 1.7 μM), butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) (IC50 = 5.3 μM), and GSK-3β (IC50 = 5.7 μM) . ChE/GSK-3β-IN-1 inhibits Aβ1-42 self-aggregation. ChE/GSK-3β-IN-1 can be used for Alzheimer’s disease (AD) research[1].
