SD3A
SD3A is an antiplatelet agent. SD3A inhibits granule secretion and GP IIb/IIIa activation. SD3A inhibits mitochondrial function. SD3A has an antiaggregant effect on washed platelets stimulated with Collagen. SD3A results in reduced thrombus formation without affecting coagulation[1].
