LEX-SQ01 (Compound D10) is an antifungal agent. LEX-SQ01 shows an EC50 of 1.6 μM for C. capsici. LEX-SQ01 can disrupt the cell membrane integrity of fungal. LEX-SQ01 can be used for the research of infection in crops[1].
