Azide-PEG-OPSS (MW 2000)

Azide-PEG-OPSS (MW 2000) (N3-PEG-OPSS (MW 2000) ) is a compound composed of an azide group, PEG, and o-dithiopyridine (OPSS) and can be used for drug delivery. Azide-PEG-OPSS (MW 2000) is a click chemistry reagent. It contains an Azide group and can undergo a copper-catalyzed azido-yne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing an Alkyne group. It can also undergo ring-strain-driven acetylene-azidocycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
