α-Glucosidase-IN-101 (Compound 13j) is an uncompetitive α-glucosidase inhibitor, with an IC50 of 120 nM. α-Glucosidase-IN-101 properly inhibits CYP1A2, CYP2C19, and CYP2C9 isoforms of cytochrome P450. α-Glucosidase-IN-101 can be used in the research of diabetes[1].
