ISR activator 1
ISR activator 1 is an eIF2B allosteric inhibitor. ISR activator 1 stabilizes the inactive state of eIF2B, inhibits translation initiation and global protein synthesis, and selectively activates the ISR pathway. ISR activator 1 can be used for research on cancer and viral infections[1].
