LasB-IN-2 (Compound 12) is a selective LasB inhibitor, with a Ki of 0.92 μM. LasB-IN-2 shows antibiofilm activity. LasB-IN-2 can be used in the research of bacterial infections, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa[1].
