FITC-Polysucrose 20 is FITC-labeled Polysucrose 20. Polysucrose 20 is a copolymer of sucrose and epichlorohydrin. Polysucrose 20 can be used to prepare cross-linked polysucrose microspheres. FITC-Polysucrose 20 is mainly used for permeability and microcirculation studies (Ex/Em = 488/525 nm).
