NFE2L1 activator-1 is an efficient NFE2L1 activator (EC50 =2.4 µM) . NFE2L1 activator-1 can effectively resist ferroptosis. NFE2L1 activator-1 can specifically activate the NFE2L1 signaling pathway and upregulate GPX4. NFE2L1 activator-1 can be used for cancer research[1].
