SphK1-IN-4
SphK1-IN-4 (Compound 6b) is a sphingosine kinase 1 (SphK1) inhibitor. SphK1-IN-4 exhibit potent and selective cytotoxicity toward A549 and MCF-7 cells with IC50 values of 0.85 and 1.9 μM. SphK1-IN-4 is non-toxic toward Vero cells (LD50 >100 μM) . SphK1-IN-4 can be used for the research of cancer, such as lung cancer[1].
