PPO-IN-23
PPO-IN-23 is a potent protoporphyrinogen IX oxidase (PPO) inhibitor with a Ki of 12.4 nM. PPO-IN-23 forms two hydrogen bonds with the Arg98 residue of Nicotiana tabacum PPO (NtPPO) . PPO-IN-23 exhibits potent herbicidal activity and good crop safety. PPO-IN-23 can be used for weeds management[1].
