Nav1.2-IN-2
Nav1.2-IN-2 (Compound 1) is a Nav1.2 inhibitor with an IC₅₀ for inactivating Nav1.2 of 0.18 μM. Nav1.2-IN-2 can effectively suppress the amplitude and frequency of spontaneous synchronous calcium oscillations (SCOs), with IC₅₀ values of 0.38 μM and 0.88 μM respectively. Nav1.2-IN-2 inhibits Ca2+ influx induced by Veratridine (HY-N6691), with an IC₅₀ of 1.89 μM. Nav1.2-IN-2 can be used for the study of diseases such as epilepsy[1].
