NAChR modulator-3 (Compound II-08) is a Mpα1/ratβ2 binder (EC50: 0.111 μM) and Mpα1/ratβ2 modulator. nAChR modulator-3 exhibits aphicidal activity and Mpα1/ratβ2 sensibility. nAChR modulator-3 exhibits a certain control efficacy against M. persicae[1].
