PROTAC BCL6 Degrader-2 (Compound A19) is an orally active, selective BCL6 PROTAC degrader (DC50s: 34 pM in OCI-LY1 cells and 0.45 nM in HEK293T cells). PROTAC BCL6 Degrader-2 promotes the ubiquitination and degradation of BCL6. PROTAC BCL6 Degrader-2 exhibits anticancer activity against BCL6-dependent diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (Pink: BCL6 ligand ; Blue: E3 ligase ligand (HY-W087383) ; E3 ligase ligand + linker (HY-W998306) ).
