SDH-IN-39
SDH-IN-39 (Compound A16) is a SDH inhibitor, with an IC50 value of 6.83 μg/mL. SDH-IN-39 is also an antifungal agent. SDH-IN-39 shows antifungal activity against Rhizoctonia solani (EC50 of 1.49 μg/mL), G. zeae, C. gloeosporioides, S. sclerotiorum and M. oryzae[1].
