11β-HSD1-IN-24 (Compound 10l) is a potent and selective 11β-HSD1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.5 nM. 11β-HSD1-IN-24 can effectively block the conversion of inactive Cortisone (HY-17461) to active Cortisol (HY-N0583) . 11β-HSD1-IN-24 can be used for the research of metabolic disease, such as type 2 diabetes[1].
