LD2-3
LD2-3 is a topoisomerase I inhibitor. LD2-3 can be connected to monoclonal antibodies via linkers to form antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) molecules. LD2-3 can be coupled with CEA antibodies to form ADC drugs for the study of CEA overexpressing tumors[1].
