RuOPt
RuOPt is a photoactivatable Ru (II) -Pt (IV) complex with reduced dark toxicity. Under irradiation, RuOPt induces apoptosis, generates ROS, and inhibits tumor spheroid growth, demonstrating comparable phototoxicity[1].
