SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-6 (Compound 35) ammonium is a SARS-CoV-2 Nsp14 MTase inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.24 μM. SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-6 ammonium has potent antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 replication. SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-6 ammonium increases lipophilicity, further improving cell permeability. SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-6 ammonium can be used for human coronaviruses research[1].
