SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-6 (Compound 35) is a SARS-CoV-2 Nsp14 MTase inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.24 μM. SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-6 has potent antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 replication. SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-6 increases lipophilicity, further improving cell permeability. SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-6 can be used for human coronaviruses research[1].
