Tubulin polymerization-IN-87 (Compound 9) is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor. Tubulin polymerization-IN-87 disrupts tubulin polymerization and induces G2/M cell cycle arrest. Tubulin polymerization-IN-87 exhibits anti-tubulin and anti-proliferative effects. Tubulin polymerization-IN-87 exhibits anticancer activity against ovarian cancer[1].
