ACS03 is a hybrid thiophene-acridine compound. ACS03 induces an increase in lactate dehydrogenase, glutathione S-transferase, and AChE activities. ACS03 has antileishmanial activity. ACS03 exhibits selective anti-cancer effects against colon carcinoma[1].
