Triptolide-6-β-D-glucose (Compound 5) is a glucose-conjugated derivative of Triptolide. Triptolide-6-β-D-glucose has no effective anti-tumor activity and is mainly used for studying the structural-activity relationship (SAR) of derivatives[1].
