VRNPs degrader-1
VRNPs degrader-1 is a potent PROTAC viral ribonucleoproteins (vRNPs) degrader. vRNPs degrader-1 shows broad-spectrum anti-influenza A viruses (IAV) activity by targeting the conserved 5′ end of viral RNA, thereby inducing proteasomal degradation of viral proteins. vRNPs degrader-1 inhibits H1N1, H9N2, and H3N2 infection in mice. vRNPs degrader-1 can be used for influenza research[1].
