IDeg-1
IDeg-1 is a molecular glucose degrading agent that targets the IDO1 protein. iDeg-1 relies on the ubiquitin-proteasome degradation pathway mediated by its natural E3 ligase KLHDC3. iDeg-1 can be used for cancer research[1].
